Youth Sewing Club
This class is for youth who already know how to sew and /or have taken a beginner course in sewing. It is meant as a chance for youth to practice sewing skills already learned, be introduced to new ones, trouble shoot and gain knowledge of lifelong skills. Youth meet monthly to learn a new sewing strategy and then have a chance to apply it while sewing a project or they may bring a project that they have in mind to work on, and we will assist from there. Show and share each month is encouraged. Earn prizes, learn new skills and make new friends!

*painting on fabric
*learn to read patterns
*learn to use sewing tools correctly
*quilting
*garment repair
*embellish your clothes

| Requirements: | Students should bring basic sewing supplies to class in a bag or container each class. All materials purchased in store for the class receive a 10% discount. Kits, patterns and projects are available for purchase, or bring your own ideas to work on. Bring in a project completed and earn a prize! |
