Class Policies
CLASSES BEGIN PROMPTLY:
Please give yourself plenty of time to acquire your materials prior to your class. Classes begin at their scheduled time and many of our classes end when the store closes. It's important to us that you get the most out of our classes but if you are running very late it is unlikely we can get you caught up and teach others in the class at the same time.

IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL: Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate cancellations with less than 72 hours notice. Of course, if you cannot make a class, you can always send someone in your place. Just let us know whom to expect!

CLASS CREDITS:  Due to the very limited enrollment in our classes and the special nature of our workshops, classes/workshops are non-refundable. However, if you let us know at least 72 hours in advance, we will apply your class payment to another class of your choice OR credit your Creative Threads account.
Please email us at creativethreads@gmail.com with any class cancellation requests. A reply email will have your credit attached.

GUEST ARTIST WORKSHOPS: We cannot offer store credits for classes with special guest instructors and artists. Your seat may be transferred to a friend if you cannot attend.

MINIMUM ENROLLMENT: Two students are generally required for most classes to meet. If a class does not have 2 students registered 48 hours prior to the class, we will remove the class from the calendar, contact you and issue you a full refund. We want you to make something and we'll do our best to make sure you have the opportunity!

CLASS CANCELLATIONS DUE TO WEATHER: We rarely close due to weather, but if we do, we will post revised shop hours on our homepage, Facebook and Instagram. If this closing affects a class, we will email and/or call each person to update them.
